They say, Human Beings have two fundamental needs:

To Avoid Pain!
And Gain Pleasure!
Please keep these two fundamentals in mind please.Being a Great Customer FormulaWhat about, “Live for today, because tomorrow may never come!”

I don’t know how many times during my life, I’ve been asked this question.

” How do you spend most of your time? ”

I guess depending on what’s been going on in my life at the time, the answers have varied.

You know what I mean:

I’ve been too busy working.
Thinking about tomorrow, and even worry about tomorrow at times.
Or even dwelling on what went wrong the day before.
Looking forward to going on holiday.
Spending time with loved ones etc.
The list could go on and on.

So what does this have to do with Being a Great Customer, you may be asking yourself?

Not so long ago I was speaking to a friend of mine (who we shall name ) Marcus, and he was saying that he was finding it hard in finding customers.  innotechreviews   He couldn’t understand it, especially as he had excellent products at a reasonable price.

“What more do they want!” he would say.

Another friend of mine (who we shall name) Roger was selling similar products and would say the opposite.

He would say, “I have Great Customers!”

You know what, it got me thinking!

There must be something missing with my friend Marcus, otherwise he would be selling.


The question, “What more do they want?” kept going over and over within my mind.

I even found myself the following day as I was going for my early morning walk, still asking the same question.

Then it came to me!

The difference between Marcus and Roger was that Roger who had great customers, was being a great customer himself.

That was it!

Let’s take a look at one of the sections within the Being a Great Customer Formula.


Have you ever been homeless and living on the streets?

Have you ever wondered what it would be like?

We’ve all no doubt seen people who are in this unfortunate position, and the reason as to why they are in that position would be diverse to say the least.

Do you know what I found out?

My friend Roger has actually been there!

Yes that’s right, he’s been homeless and on the streets when he was in his teens.

He lost his brother and this caused Pain and anguish to him and the rest of his family, and the knock on affect of a family break up, was that he found himself homeless.

He told me that through that difficult experience, he feels it has helped him to become a better person, and to live life in the now.

I don’t mean as previously mentioned at the beginning,”Live for today, because tomorrow may never come!”

What he said was by living in the now, is not a minute in the future or a minute in the past, because all we ever have control of is what is happening in our lives now.

What are you thinking now?

What ever it is you are thinking is determining whether you are happy or sad.

It comes down to choice.

Making the right choice on how you think now, determines how you are seeing things, and by seeing and hearing things in the right state of mind, brings Pain or Pleasure.

One of those fundamental needs, they say we want to avoid or need.

I hope this all makes sense to you by the way?

You see, Roger learned how to be in service or to serve others due to his humility, by the way he chose to think. When Roger is in service to his customers, they become a reflection of himself.

And they too see him as a Great Customer to them.

A Win Win situation!

This is the only way I can describe and explain the pleasure I have felt when purchasing a product from Roger.

On the other hand, I have received products from people who have left me feeling the pain of getting ripped off, due to treating me as a part of their system to be exploited in the name of business.

In regards to the statement previously given, “Avoidance is better than cure!”

I would agree when dealing with the people who are purely looking for vulnerable people, to become a number within their list building system, to sell their products to and move on to the next person.

They will never become Wealthy!

Being Wealthy is never about how much money you have, it’s about how you are as a person.

How you treat people, and how they feel about the experience you’ve left them with.

It’s all about giving and being of true service that makes for Being a Great Customer!
